lt;p>As found. Not sure if this missing the vice or if it’s a different model entirely. The only branding that I can see is on the front of the blade clamp, it looks like 18XX I cannot make it out clearly but the 18 looks pretty clear. The handle on the back does move slightly opening and closing the clamp just enough to get a blade in but is a little stiff. The clamp itself measures 9 1/4” long, the entire length from the handle side to clamp measures 8 1/2”. This looks to have a black coating on it.
