Welcome to my Junkgle. It gets better here every day! Good spot! You found this sturdy old beast lumbering through the Junkgle. It is a 12qt Mirro Aluminum Pressure Cooker. Model M-0512 along with its jiggler, cooking rack and instruction manual; which also includes many recipes and tips. It is in terrific functional condition. It seals tightly and holds ( and releases) pressure properly. although it steadily hisses more than it jiggles. It has some light superficial wear but still has a highly reflective exterior. The lid has a lot of splotchy discoloration from use, but is very smooth and clean. The handles are all solidly attached and undamaged. They have very mild wear and miniscule amounts of grunge in the crevices. The jiggler is in great shape. The rack is also in great shape with no dents. It has light discoloration and wear but is very clean. The gasket is still soft and pliable with no cracks or damage. The pot has a 12" interior diameter and about 7.5" clearance. it can hold (up to 7) standard 1quart Mason jars. It is a great piece of time saving cookware with a broad range of uses and plenty of utility for the modern home. Thanks for taking a stroll through JustinsJunkgle!
