This bamboo bento box has been specially made from farmed bamboo which is a sustainable and eco friendly alternative to plastic! The lid of the lunch box is made from solid bamboo and the base is made from bamboo fibre. The lunch box is BPA free, FDA approved and vegan friendly!
Bento boxes are perfect for taking to work, school or a picnic. They come in a convenient size for a range of different meals including sandwiches, salads, pastas, and much more. We particularly love using ours for trips out with the kids and taking leftovers home from restaurants!
The elastic strap keeps the lid secure and a food safe silicone ring under the lid keeps the food fresh for longer. The bamboo fibre base of the lunch box is dishwasher safe however we recommend not putting the lid in the dishwasher - instead just wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Maintenance
The bento box is easily maintained with a quick wipe out or the bottom section can be placed in the dishwasher. Because the Bamboo Box is made from natural materials it is not for use in the microwave. Also we do not advise putting liquids such as soup or excessive dressings in the lunch box as there is a chance that the liquids could leak.
