Welcome to my ! I am a stay at home momma with a toddler and a German shepherd . I have always loved creating and am so happy to be able to create something that you will be able to love and use for years to come. I apologize for this longgg description but I have lots of info for you… If you prefer a different style/brand of cup/water bottle/baby bottle/etc. please reach out to me. I buy all of my cups based on the needs of my customers and am willing to work with you to be able to create exactly what you are hoping for! Please understand that prices reflect the ever changing price of cups and supplies, shipping rates, and packaging. If you are within a certain budget I will try my absolute best to find something to meet your needs. Each item is handmade by me personally. The images show the original art work made by myself and will need to be recreated. I will make it as close as possible to the images shown (unless requested otherwise) but each one always comes out slightly different and unique. With this being said, please keep in mind that there may be a random speck of glitter or even a small bump. While I make every effort to make a flawless item, slight imperfections should be expected when purchasing a handmade item. Each cup is one of a kind! These can be customized however you would like. You can change the glitter, decals, font, and more! If you would like something to be changed please let me know prior to ordering! If I do not receive any messages about changes I will assume that you like the item as is. Any name requests can be put in the note section at checkout. I am also completely open to new and fun ideas, so reach out if you want something custom!  Each of these is covered in paints, glitter, and/or decals and sealed with FDA compliant epoxy. This is so there is no concern of any of the design peeling off. If you are purchasing an item that is plastic (this most often appears in my bottles and sippy cups) please know that some people do not believe epoxy should be used on these. I have done quite a lot of research on this topic and do not see a concern, but if you have one please feel free to request something stainless or glass to replace the plastic options (again, this is not for all listings). Each item is estimated to take 3-4 weeks (not including shipping). While I often try my best to get orders done prior to this time frame it is not always possible due to the nature and drying time of epoxy as well as the amount of current orders I have. If you would like an order to be rushed please message me ahead of time to make sure I am able to meet your needs. I am always happy to work with you, but please keep in mind that there will be a $20 rush fee. I am not responsible for shipping delays once the item leaves my possession. If your item arrives damaged please message me within 24 hours and include photos of your item and the packaging it arrived in so that I can file a claim for the damaged item and go from there. Care Instructions: Hand wash only- do not soak and not dishwasher safe! Do not microwave Do not expose to extreme heat (this includes in a hot car) Do not drop- it can crack, chip, or shatter. I am not responsible for damages caused by the customer. For white cups or cups with large areas of white- Please note epoxy yellows over time. Try to keep them out of direct sunlight as often as possible to slow. Due to the custom nature of these items I do NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception would be if a mistake is made. Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours of purchasing the item. If there are any issues with your order upon arrival please message me immediately!
