When I first imagined my ideal travel kitchen, I was sure it should fit into the palm of my hand. I wanted to pack the smallest travel kitchen possible. However, I quickly found that if I was going to enjoy travel—in any sustainable way—my travel kitchen must actually meet my needs. So I slowly e.
