Answer (1 of 15): I got stuck eating nothing but polar bear for a full week while traveling with Inuit hunters on North Baffin Island in the Canadian Arctic. I didn't much like it upon first serving, and liked it even less after a full week. You have to boil the shit out of it due to trichinosis
