A dual pressure gauge provides readouts for both the water pressure and steam pressure so that your staff members can tell when the unit is ready to use - right at 1.2 bars. To ensure that your baristas have the best possible experience, this unit has two steam wands and a hot water outlet. Plus, though a daily backwash is still recommended, the auto cleaning function helps minimize maintenance concerns.
