It has the perks we know and love about the original—to-the-degree temperature control, a built-in brew stopwatch, and a precision gooseneck pour spout. On top of all that, there’s a guide mode with preset temps for whatever you’re drinking, plus an option to schedule your boil (that’s for you, sleepyheads). The hold mode can go for 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes. And just to make sure things never boil over: You can set your altitude, too.
